Theres the classic idea of making 365 of some gift, but... have you ever tought about making each of those gifts on one day of the year?
When I started dating my first girlfriend, I started making this gift for her. The gift itself is very simple, but after one year of dedication... the gift gets a special taste...

Instructions:

Make something simple (I made origami hearts) everyday.
Make the color represent something about that day. (I put even black hearts representing the days that we discussed, it´s funny to remember anyway and it shows that even in those days you love him/her)
Write the date you made the gift.
Write "I Love you" in each gift you make.
Kiss each gift you make
